Product Introduction

Product Overview

The BGS-4CH-EPV-BD-02 is a miniaturized satellite navigation anti‑jamming integrated terminal designed for civilian drones and industrial users. As the Enhanced Performance Version, it integrates a 4‑element antenna array, high‑performance anti‑jamming processing module, and a GNSS receiver. The terminal supports dual‑band signals from BeiDou‑2/BeiDou‑3 (B1/B3) and GPS L1, providing dual‑system, dual‑frequency anti‑wideband jamming capability against up to 3 simultaneous jammers.
Compared to the standard version, this model offers significantly improved anti‑jamming performance, ensuring Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) integrity and reliability in even more challenging electromagnetic environments, effectively defending against both unintentional and malicious attacks.

Key Features

1. RNSS Signal Reception

  • Receives BeiDou‑2, BeiDou‑3, and GPS navigation satellite signals
  • Civil codes: B1C, B3I, L1C/A

2. Anti‑jamming Capability (Enhanced Performance)

  • Supports anti‑jamming on B1C, B3I, and L1C/A dual frequency points
  • Suppresses narrowband, broadband, pulse, swept, Gaussian, and other types of jamming
  • Unidirectional jamming tolerance: ≥105 dB
  • Three‑direction jamming tolerance: ≥95 dB
(Superior to the standard version, providing stronger jamming suppression)

3. Built‑in Navigation & Positioning Module

  • Full‑band positioning solution; outputs standard NMEA‑0183 protocol data (position, velocity, timing)

4. Dual Output Modes

  • Serial port output (positioning data) or RF output (cleaned anti‑jammed RF signal) – flexible integration with different backend devices

5. Software Upgrade

  • Field upgradeable via serial port for both the anti‑jamming module and the receiver module

6. System Self‑Test

  • Power‑on self‑test and continuous status monitoring

7. Fire Resistance (High Power Survival)

  • Continuous wave withstand power: ≥10 W

8. Safety Protections

  • Overvoltage protection and reverse connection protection

Power Supply

XT30 connector; input voltage 5–17 V DC (max 17 V, 12 V recommended).

Data Connection (choose one of two modes)

Mode 1: Serial output (direct connection to flight controller)

  • Use the provided data cable to connect the TTL serial port to the flight controller’s GNSS serial port:
    • TX → FC RX
    • RX → FC TX
    • GND → FC GND
  • Outputs NMEA‑0183 positioning data.

Mode 2: RF output

  • Connect the product’s RF port (SMA) to the drone’s antenna input port using an SMA cable.
  • Important: The connected device must NOT supply more than 5 V to this RF port, otherwise damage may occur.

⚠️ When using a USB‑to‑TTL tool to connect to a computer, do not plug or unplug the USB while powered to avoid damaging the serial port.

Flight Controller Protocol Compatibility

The product outputs the NMEA 0183 standard protocol, compatible with mainstream flight controllers (e.g., Pixhawk, ArduPilot) via GNSS serial port.
